Bahrain

Bahrain's first H&M store, which focuses on women’s and children’s clothing, opened in autumn 2008. H&M sells its products in Bahrain through a franchise partnership with Alshaya.

Egypt

H&M opened a store together with franchise partner Alshaya in the Egyptian capital of Cairo in 2008. It is located in the new CityStars development, which is part of the exclusive Stars Center Mall.

Israel

H&M opened in Israel in 2010 through a franchise agreement with Match Retail Ltd.

Jordan

H&M expanded into the Kingdom of Jordan in November 2011 through a franchise agreement with Alshaya. Our Jordanian store is located in the Taj Mall, the best shopping centre in the capital of Amman.

Kuwait

At the end of September 2006, H&M expanded into its second Middle East market: Kuwait. There are now several stores, managed through a franchising agreement with Alshaya. The first COS store in Kuwait, also via franchise with Alshaya, is due to open in 2012.

Lebanon

The first H&M store opened in Lebanon’s capital Beirut in the autumn of 2009, through H&M’s franchise partnership with Alshaya. There are now several stores in the country.

Morocco

In November 2011 H&M opened its first location in the North African kingdom of Morocco at Morocco Mall, Casablanca. In Morocco, H&M cooperates with franchise partner Alshaya.

H&M first opened in the state of Qatar in 2007, via franchise with Alshaya. The Doha location made Qatar the third market for H&M in the Middle East.
