H&M’s corporate governance – from shareholders, Board of Directors and Managing Director to the executive management team and country managers – is based on external laws, regulations and recommendations as well as internal rules.

Annual General Meeting 2014

H&M's Annual General Meeting will be held at Victoriahallen, Stockholm International Fairs in Sweden on Tuesday 29 April, 2014. Give your notice of attendance here.  

Managing Director

Karl-Johan Persson, born in 1975, has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB since 1 July 2009.

 

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors manages the company’s affairs on behalf of the shareholders. It consists of seven ordinary members, two employee representatives with two deputies for these positions.
