H&M, Hennes & Mauritz, is giving back this Giving Tuesday! On December 1, 2015 the retailer pays it forward by partnering with Lauren Bush Lauren’s FEED to provide over 400,000 meals to Americans in need this holiday season.

Hunger affects so many hard working families across the country. 48 million Americans, equating to 1 in 7 people, are food insecure. Supporting local communities is one of H&M’s commitments to a more sustainable future. “H&M is proud to join FEED with its mission to end hunger this Holiday season.” says Daniel Kulle, U.S. President for H&M. ”The Holidays are a significant time and we think it is important to help our communities by providing meals to men, women, and children in need.”

FEED’s mission is to create products that engage people in the fight against world hunger in a tangible way. H&M’s donation will provide meals through food pantries, soup kitchens, and after-school programs in the U.S. throughout the Holidays.

”We are thrilled that H&M has chosen to partner with FEED this year to give hundreds of thousands of meals to people struggling with hunger across our country. This is an easy way to provide nutrition to our neighbors in need and make a change in people’s lives.” says Lauren Bush Lauren, CEO and Founder of FEED.
